Dogs

03-04-2010

You got to be crazy, you gotta have a real need
You gotta sleep on your toes and when you're on the street
You got to be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed
And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight
You gotta strike when the moment is right without thinking

And after a while, you can work on points for style
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to
So that when they turn their backs on you
You'll get the chance to put the knife in

You gotta keep one eye looking over your shoulder
You know, it's going to get harder, and harder, and harder
As you get older
Yeah, and in the end you'll pack up and fly down south
Hide your head in the sand
Just another sad old man
All alone and dying of cancer

And when you lose control, you'll reap the harvest you have sown
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone
And it's too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw around
So have a good drown, as you go down all alone
Dragged down by the stone

Gotta admit that I'm a little bit confused
Sometimes it seems to me as if I'm just being used
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise
If I don't stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this maze

Deaf, dumb and blind, you just keep on pretending
That everyone's expendable, and no one has a real friend
And it seems to you the thing to do would be to isolate the winner
Everything's done under the sun
But you believe at heart everyone's a killer

Who was born in a house full of pain
Who was trained not to spit in the fan
Who was told what to do by the man
Who was broken by trained personnel
Who was fitted with collar and chain
Who was given a pat on the back
Who was breaking away from the pack
Who was only a stranger at home
Who was ground down in the end
Who was found dead on the phone
Who was dragged down by the stone
Who was dragged down by the stone

Prime Suffering Years

02-04-2010

- I wish i could just sleep until I was eighteen and skip all this crap high-school and everything. Just skip it.
- You know Marcel Proust?
-He's the guy you teach.
- Yeah. French writer. Total loser. Never had a real job. Unrequited love affairs. Gay. Spent 20 years writing a book almost no one reads. But he's also probably the best writer since shakespeare. Anyway, he...uh..he gets down to the end of his life, and he looks back and decides that all those years he suffered, those were the best years of his life, 'cause they made him who he was. All those years he was happy? You know total waste. Didn't learn thing. So, if you sleep until you're 18... ah, think of the suffering you're gonna miss, I mean, high school= High school - those are your prime suffering years. you don't get better suffering than that.

Fuck The System

31-03-2010

It doesn't really matter
What you've got to say
They never fucking listen
To you any way

So fuck the system
You can bring it down
So fuck the system
We can bring it down

Future is chaos and anarchy
The misery continues
It's the governement way

So fuck the system
You can bring it down
So fuck the system
Chaos will bring it down

Get up and stand up
And fight back now
They didn't want to listen
But they'll listen now

So fuck the system
You can bring it down
So fuck the system
We can bring it down

Thousands of homeless
And more each day
The misery continues
It's the government way
Fuck the government

So fuck the system
You can bring it down
So fuck the system
Chaos will bring it down

An Affair

30-03-2010

George: God.
Elaine: What?
George: Well she apologized, and then she wanted to know if we could get together Wednesday afternoon.
Jerry: Get together?
George: Maybe she just wants to talk to me?
Elaine: Married women don't 'get together'. They have affairs.

(George walks to other side of sofa)

George: Oh my God, an affair. That's so adult. It's like with stockings and martinis, and William Holden. On the other hand it probably wouldn't cost me any money.

Uma Arlinda Mulher

28-03-2010

Te encontrei
Toda remelenta e estronchada num bar,
entregue às bebida
Te cortei os cabelos do suvaco e as unhas do pé

Deus me livre, nunca vão mexer no meu!
Pois pra mim

Eu fundei
A Associação Internacional

momento a música vai tá baixinha (baixinha)

A Lot Of Love

27-03-2010

Narrator: Okay, so let's say one group of people, like the American people, pay you $400,000 a year to be president of the United States. But then another group of people invest in you, your friends, and their related businesses, $ 1.4 billion over a number of years. Who are you gonna like? Who's your daddy? Because that's how much the Saudi royals and their associates have given the Bush family, their friends, and their related businesses, in the past three decades.
[scene cuts to George H. W. Bush shaking hands with a member of the Saudi Royal family]
Himself - Former U.S. President: Seems like a very nice reunion with friends.
Narrator: Is it rude to suggest that when the Bush family wakes up in the morning, they might be thinking about what's best for the Saudis instead of what's best for you or me? Because 1.4 billion just doesn't buy a lot of flights out of the country. It buys a lot of love.

Brutal Planet

25-03-2010

We're spinning round on this ball of hate
There's no parole, there's no great escape
We're sentenced here until the end of days
And then my brother there's a price to pay

We're only human, we were born to die
Without the benefit of reason why
We live for pleasure - to be satisfied
And now it's over there's no place to hide

Why don't you, come down to
It's such a brutal planet
It's such an ugly world
Why won't you, come down to

"This world is such perfection" (What a sight)
"It's just like paradise" (For my eyes)
"A truly grand creation" (What a sight)
"From up here it looks so nice" (For my eyes)

It's such a brutal planet
It's such a living hell
It was a holy garden
That's right where Adam fell
It's where the bite was taken
It's where we chose to sin
It's where we first were naked
This is where our death begins

We took advice from that deceiving snake
He said don't worry it's a piece of cake
And sent us swimming in a burning lake
Now we're abandoned here for heaven's sake

Why don't you, come down to
It's such a brutal planet
It's such an ugly world
Why won't you, come down to

"This world is such perfection" (What a sight)
"It's just like paradise" (For my eyes)
"A truly grand creation" (What a sight)
"From up here it looks so nice" (For my eyes)

Here's where we keep the armies
Here's where we write their names
Here's where the money god is
Here's our famous hall of shame
Here's where we starve the hungry
Here's where we cheat the poor
Here's where we beat the children
Here is where we pay the whore

Why don't you, come down to
It's such a brutal planet
It's such an ugly world
Why won't you, come down to

"This world is such perfection" (What a sight)
"It's just like paradise" (For my eyes)
"A truly grand creation" (What a sight)
"From up here it looks so nice" (For my eyes)

Right here we stoned the prophets
Built idols out of mud
Right here we fed the lions
Christian flesh and Christian blood
Down here is where we hung ya
Upon an ugly cross
Over there we filled the ovens
Right here the holocaust

You're So Good Lookin'

24-03-2010

George: I said 'God bless you'. Was that so wrong?
Jerry: The question is, did you allow a space for the husband to come in with his 'God bless you'? Because as the husband, he has the right to first refusal.

(George makes a confused look. The intercom buzzes, Jerry walks over and presses the button)

Elaine: It's me.
Jerry: Come on up.

(Jerry unlocks door, conversation moves into kitchen)

George: Yes, yes, I definitely waited. But let me say this: Once he passes on that option, that 'God bless you' is up for grabs.
Jerry: No argument. Unless, she's one of these multiple sneezers, and he's holding his 'God bless you' in abeyance, until she completes the series.
George: Well I don't think she is a multiple sneezer, because she sneezed again later, and it was also a single.
Jerry: What if she's having an off night?

(Elaine walks in, Jerry goes to sit down on sofa)

Elaine: Hi!
Jerry. Hi.

(Elaine takes her coat off and walks into kitchen)

Elaine: Well! If it isn't mister gesuntheit!

(George walks out of kitchen)

George: Oh ya, like there's something wrong with saying 'God bless you'. I was raised to say 'God bless you'.

(Jerry sneezes)

George: Ah, shut up.
Elaine: What does it mean anyway? 'God bless you'. It's a stupid 'stuperstition'.

(Elaine sits on sofa, George sits on arm of sofa)

Jerry: A stupid what?

(Elaine looks at Jerry)

Elaine: Whatever.
Jerry: You know, if you want to make a person feel better after they sneeze, you shouldn't say 'God bless you', you should say, 'You're soo good lookin''.

Cara d' Anjo Mau

22-03-2010

Basta um olhar teu e o chão começa a ceder
Cara de anjo mau, contigo é facil cair
Quem te ensinou a ser sempre a última a rir?

The Business Of War

21-03-2010

Dr. Sam Kubba: I've been getting complaints from Iraqi firms and American firms. The lack of transparency, the corruption. I think the profits American companies are making, the main companies are so overwhelming. I mean, when you have a line item for a million dollars and you subcontract it out for 50 or 60 or $ 70,000, that's a huge profit. It's the American taxpayer that's gonna pay for that. War is always good for certain companies that are in the war. The business of war. If it wasn't for the oil, nobody would be there. Nobody would worry about it.

Under the Bridge

19-03-2010

Sometimes I feel like I don't have a partner
Sometimes I feel like my only friend
Is the city I live in, the city of angels
Lonely as I am, together we cry

I drive on her streets 'cause she's my companion
I walk through her hills cause she knows who I am
She sees my good deeds and she kisses the winded
I never worried, now that is a lie

I don't ever wanna feel like I did that day
Take me to the place I love, take me all the way
I don't ever wanna feel like I did that day
Take me to the place I love, take me all the way

It's hard to believe that there's nobody out there
It's hard to believe that I'm all alone
At least I have her love, the city she loves me
Lonely as I am, together we cry

I don't ever wanna feel like I did that day
Take me to the place I love, take me all the way
I don't ever wanna feel like I did that day
Take me to the place I love, take me all the way

Under the bridge downtown
Is where I drew some blood
Under the bridge downtown
I could not get enough
Under the bridge downtown
Forgot about my love
Under the bridge downtown
I gave my life away

Blow Up The Outside World

13-03-2010

Nothing seems to kill me, no matter how hard I try
Nothing's closing my eyes
Nothing can beat me down for your pain or delight, no.

And nothing seems to break me.
No matter how far I fall.
Nothing can break me at all.
Not one for giving up though not invincible. I know.

I’ve givin’ everything I need
I’d give you everything I own
I’d give in if it could at least be ours alone
I’ve given everything I could
To blow it to hell and gone
Burrow down in and
Blow up the Outisde.
Blow up the outside world

Someone tried to tell me something.
Don’t let the world bring you down
Nothing will do me in before I do myself
So save it for your own and the ones who can help, ohh.

I’ve givin’ everything I need
I’d give you everything I own
I’d give in if it could at least be ours alone
I’ve given everything I could
To blow it to hell and gone
Burrow down in and
Blow up the Outisde.
Blow up the outside world

I want to make it understood
Wanting though I never would
Trying though I know it’s wrong
Blowing it to hell and gone
Wishing though I never could

Blow up the outside
Blow up the outside
Blow up the outside
Blow up the outside world!

They come in, yeah, heil, how are ya, is the kid back with the coffee yet? Come on, are you finished with the copier?

DIE!...

Our time has ended
I feel it's only just begun
And I’m frustrated
I can’t believe your not the one

My ears are bleeding
Her voice resides inside my head
And now I'm choking
Release this noose around my neck

Will I just fall to pieces
Or am I alright?
To iron out my creases
You must lacerate me till they’re gone

These are my final words to you
I know you're listening can you, hear me?
The time has come to say 'goodbye'
These are my final words.... to you....

The clock is ticking
My heart is bursting through my chest
And now I’m crying
The tears are pouring off my face

The chair is creaking
Her voice resides inside my head
And now its over
You put this noose around my neck

Will I just fall to pieces
Or am I alright?
To iron out the creases
You must lacerate me till they’re gone

These are my final words to you
I know you're listening can you hear me?
The time has come to say 'goodbye'
These are my final words... to you…

Heaven, Where is my angel?
I need her now, HOLDING ME!
Heaven, Where is my angel
I need her now... Holding me... TONIGHT!

Will I just fall to pieces
Or am I alright?
To iron out the creases
You must lacerate me till they’re gone

Final Destination

07-03-2010

I escaped my final moment
But it’s turning back at me
On every corner I can feel it waiting
Just a moment, no awareness
I could easily slip away
And then I’ll be gone forever

I’m searching,
I’m fighting for a way to get through
To turn it away

It’s waiting, always trying
I feel the hands of fate, they’re suffocating
Tell me what’s the reason
Is it all inside my head
Can’t take it no more!

All around me I see danger
And it’s closing in on me
Every second I can hear it, breathing
I can’t stand the fear inside me
Cause it’s leading me astray
And it will be my ending

I’m searching
I’m fighting for a way to get through
To turn it away

It’s waiting, always trying
I feel the hands of fate, they’re suffocating
Tell me what’s the reason
Is it all inside my head
Can’t take it no more!

But no one faced what's coming my way.
And I will let my fear fade away
Whatever may be, I'll have to find out.

It’s waiting, always trying
I feel the hands of fate, they’re suffocating
Tell me what’s the reason
Is it all inside my head
Can’t take it no more!

Half The Man

04-03-2010

Caught between the ones you love,
And the ones who would destroy you
Caught between the sunlight,
And the night that came before you
Caught between the madness and confusion of deception
You just close your eyes…

I can’t help noticing the fear that’s in your eyes…

Why do I feel this way
I can barely stand up straight
Just take a good look at me
Now I’m about half the man
Just half the man
Every dog has its day
I can barely stand the wait
Just take a good look at me
Now I’m about half the man
Just half the man
Caught between the streets you love,
And the other side of time
Caught between your new interest,
And the one you left behind
Caught between the madness and confusion of deception
You just close your eyes

I can’t help noticing the fear that’s in your eyes…

I’ve wasted so much time
I’ve wasted half my life
They tried to take away my life
They tried to take away my life
Caught between the Milky Way,
And the other side of time
Caught between your new best friend,
And the one you left behind
Caught between the madness and confusion of deception
You just close your eyes

I can’t help noticing the fear that’s in your eyes…

I’ve wasted so much time…

Crying In The Rain

01-03-2010

A black cat moans
When he's burning with the fever
A stray dog howls
When he's lonely in the night
A woman goes crazy
With the thought of retribution
But, a man starts weeping
When he's sick and tired of life

I keep on dreaming dreams of tomorrow
Feel I'm wasting my time
Lighting candles in the wind
Always taking my chances
On the promise of the future
But, a heart full of sorrow
Paints a lonely tapestry

The sun is shining
But, it's raining in my heart

No one understands the heartache
No one feels the pain
Cos no one ever sees the tears
When you're crying in the rain
When you're crying in the rain
Crying in the rain

I can never deny
All the sweet things I have tasted
Tho' I've been mistreated
I keep coming back for more
I know where I'm going
There's no hope of absolution
I can't seem to separate
The good times from the bad

The sun is shining
But, it's raining in my heart

No one understands the heartache
No one feels the pain
Cos no one ever sees the tears
When you're crying in the rain

When you're crying in the rain

A Space

28-02-2010

People will kill each other for a parking space in New York because they think, "If I dan't get this one, I may never get a space." You know? "I'll be circling for months until somebody goes out to the Hamptons."
I think because everyone in New York City knows there's gotta be way more cars than parking spaces. You see cars driving in New York all hours of the night. It's like Musical Chairs except everybody sat down around 1964. The problem is car manufacturers are building hundreds of thousands of new cars every year, they're not making any new spaces. That's what they should be working on. Wouldn't that be great? You go to the Auto Show, they got that big revolving turntable, and there's nothing on it. New from Chrysler, a space.

And how you cry for it all to stop

I like the way that you fool yourself
And make believe there's nobody else
I like the way that you stand in line
And beg salvation from the empty skies

Don't want no revenge
Ain't no pay back time
It ain't called getting even
Here comes the reckoning day

I like the things that you try to fake
And your face when I see you break
And that you say you will pray for me
You realize you are prey for me

I like the way you stay on attack
No matter what, I keep coming back
And how you try to hold me down
But you end up driven to the ground

Not Going Away

23-02-2010

Don't tell me I'm wrong
Don't tell me that you knew all along
I won't roll over dead
Only I know what goes on in my head

I've got nothing to hide
I'm not guilty inside
I won't give up
After all I'm still crazy

I'm not going away, I'm not going
Try so hard to break me but all your diamonds turn to sand
I'm not going away, I'm not going
Say goodbye forever, I'll wait for you in no man's land

Get out of my way
There's nothing you can do to change what I say
I won't ever let go
I got the answer but you'll never know

I got my eyes open wide
Ain't gonna slip up or slide
Can't take me down
After all I'm still crazy

I'm not going away, I'm not going
Try so hard to break me but all your diamonds turn to sand
I'm not going away, I'm not going
Say goodbye forever, I'll wait for you in no man's land

I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away

I'm not going away, I'm not going
Try so hard to break me but all your diamonds turn to sand
I'm not going away, I'm not going
Say goodbye forever, I'll wait for you in no man's land
I'm not going away
I'm not going away
I'm not going away, I'm not going
Say goodbye forever, I'll wait for you in no man's land

Nothing Else Remains

20-02-2010

Can't push aside this feeling no longer I'm able
I need to poison myself to stay sane and stable

I've lost control of everything I've kept inside me
Slipping on razor's edge I hope you'd finally find me

But I justify my desire to no one
I won't deny that I need it bad to go on

My jaded heart is yours to poison with your flame

Take me away over to somewhere
Where the fire reigns and where nothing else remains
Together alone waiting for nothing
In where the fire reigns and where nothing else remains

Looking through broken glass I see the twisted faces
Spitting and smiling at me with sharpened embraces

My Boys Can Swim

19-02-2010

Jerry is in his apartment trying to open a bottle of soda.

Jerry: Ow! Ow! Twist off! Twist off! Twist off!

Elaine walks in and give him a funny look.

Jerry: Oh, hi. Soda?
Elaine: No thanks.
Jerry: So tell me. What's the problem with your little flaky friend? She doesn't return calls?
Elaine: Who are you to talk about her like that? She'll call him when she's good and ready. You don't even know her.
Jerry: Oh, I know her. I know her type.
Elaine: Her type? What type?
Jerry: The type that doesn't return phone calls. I knew we shouldn't have done this, it was a bad idea in the first place, I told you!
Elaine: You told me? You pushed this whole thing on me, it was your idea!
Jerry: I was just trying to help your bitter, twisted friend.
Elaine: She's not bitter!
Jerry: Well, bitter's a judgement call, but she's twisted!
Elaine: Twisted? God, I did you a favor.
Jerry: I thought you said they had a good time, is there anything else you're keeping from me?
Elaine: Are you calling me a liar?
Jerry: I'm calling you one if you are one, are you a liar?
Elaine: Are you?
Jerry: Get your finger out of my face.
Elaine: You get yours out, I was here first!
Jerry: I don't care.
Elaine: Get it out!

Kramer walks in just as this argument begins to turn into a slap fight, and gets in the middle.

Kramer: Hey hey, alright, hey hey, stop it! Come on, break it up! What's the matter with you? Now don't you two see that you're in love with each other? I mean, why can't you face that already? You're running around out there looking for something that's not even there, when everything that you dream of is right here, right here in front of you. Now why can't you admit that? By the way, when you see George give him these, these'll work.

Elaine: I knew those condoms were defective!
Jerry: How did you know they were defective?!

George walks in.

Elaine: Because! Because she missed her period!
George: She missed her period? Oh my god. I can't believe it! I'm a father! I did it! My boys can swim! I can do it! I can do it!

George rushes out, hysterical.

Reason

15-02-2010

Upon the rivers of the day
It blows a cool breeze in the air
Of thoughts and shimmering hours of May
And all its feelings

I dared to walk down by the lane
Calm and fearless in the rain
I felt that you were by my side
Calm and tender

You are the reason for this May
Has washed the purple clouds away

You are the reason for this May
Has washed the purple clouds away

You are the reason for this May
Is warm and fills me with its rays

Listen, all the time we witness miracles,
All the time!

We thought that anyone that has a life
Bear the cross of the passion and of the time
Oh, the way I was blind!

The time I stumbled over your blue eyes
I felt like falling into a pool of joy
And a sort of miracle happened
The ancient fortress vanished at your smile

You are the reason for this May
Has blown all darkness far away
You are the reason for this May
Is warm and fills me with its rays

Ghost Of Change

12-02-2010

Walking...on a cold and white December night
I hear...the voices from the other side
Calling my name, must be that olden friend
I think she has come to see me once again
Do you...still remember the old oak tree
I...do, the feeling's coming back to me
Calling my name, must be that olden friend
I think she has come to see me once again

You are the ghost of change, and now we meet again
You are the ghost of change, but I will always be the same
Ghost of change...do you remember my name
Ghost of change...do you remember my name

I took her hand, and then we walked into the night
I took her hand, and then we watched the moon go by
Memories...of long forgotten times
I took a chance to relive my life and then I saw her
She smiled

You are the ghost of change, and now we meet again
You are the ghost of change, but I will always be the same
The same

Walking...on a cold and white December night
I...hear, the voices from the other side
Calling my name, must be that olden friend
I think she has come to see me once again
Ghost of change...do you remember my name
Ghost of change...do you remember my name

You are the ghost of change, and now we meet again
You are the ghost of change, but I will always be the same

Just A Hunch

11-02-2010

Jerry and George are at Jerry's apartment.

George: I left three messages. I can't believe this woman. She has sex with me, leaves ten minutes later then I never hear from her again. What kind of a person does this? I mean, she used me. I feel cheap and violated.
Jerry: Well, I'm gonna do something about this.
George: What are you gonna do?
Jerry: Nevermind. Disgraceful. Leaves you sitting there on the kitchen floor like some kind of roach trap. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am. Sir, whatever. She's not going to get away with this.
George: I keep wracking my brain to try and figure out what I did. I was smart, I was funny, I made great small talk with the waitress so she could see I could relate to the commoners, you know, I'm a man of the people.
Jerry: I'm gonna call her.
George: No, don't call her.
Jerry: No, I'm calling her.
George: No, Jerry, don't call.
Jerry: No, forget it, I'm gonna call.
George: I don't want you to call.
Jerry: Get away from me, I'm gonna call her.
George: Give me the phone!
Jerry: George, do you wanna fight? Do you wanna fight?
George: Jerry, I'm gonna kill you!

Kramer enters and gets between them to break up the fight.

Kramer: Hey hey hey!! Come on! Jerry, George, now stop it!
Jerry: I'll just call her when you leave!
George: You can't do that, it's none of your business!
Jerry: It is so my business!
Kramer: Hey hey hey! I don't want to hear another word out of either one of you!
George: But tell him to give me the--
Kramer: Ay ay ay! The next one of you that opens up your mouth, says something, you're gonna have to deal with me. You know, I bet I know what this is about. It's about a woman, isn't it?
George: No.
Jerry: Yeah, but--
Kramer: Yeah yeah! You see, this is exactly what they want to do to you. They play one against the other. You can't let them manipulate you like that.
Jerry: But Kramer--
Kramer: Noh noh noh! I want you guys to shake hands. Come on, there are plenty of women out there for all of us, let's go.

Jerry and George shake hands.

Kramer: Yes. You see? Isn't that better than fighting? Animosity? I mean, you wanna fight with somebody, you fight with me. Oh, by the way George, you know those condoms I gave you? They're defective, don't use them.
George: What?
Kramer: Right.
George: Defective?!
Kramer: Defective.
George (attacking Kramer): How could you give me a defective condom?!
Kramer: I didn't even know they were defective.

Jerry gets between them to break up the fight.

Kramer: Didn't even think you were gonna use them.
George: What do you mean you didn't think I wasn't gonna use them?!
Jerry: Take it easy, you guys, just spread out! Don't worry about it, if anything was wrong she would have called you already!

New scene.
Elaine answers her door, it's Cynthia.

Cynthia: I missed my period.
Elaine: Oh my god.
Cynthia: I am very worried, I am never late.
Elaine: But he used a condom, right?
Cynthia: I know, but these things aren't always foolproof.
Elaine: Oh no.
Cynthia: What?
Elaine: Was it blue?
Cynthia: Yeah. How'd you know?
Elaine: Just a hunch.

Love Bites

09-07-2010

When you feel safe
When you feel warm
That's when I rise
That's when I crawl

Gliding on mist
Hardly a sound
Bring the kiss
Evils abound

In the dead of night
Love bites
Love bites
In the dead of night
Love bites

Into your room
Where in deep sleep
There you lie still
To you I creep

Then I descend
Close to your lips
Across you I bend
You smile as I sip

Now you are mine
In my control
One taste of your life
And I own your soul

Softly you stir
Gently you moan
Lust's in the air
Wake as I groan

In the dead of night
Love bites
Love bites
In the dead of night
Love bites

Love bites you
Invites you
To feast in the night
Excites you
Delights you
It drains you to white
Love bites

You knew at first sight
You'd enjoy my attack
That with my first bite
There'd be no turning back

So come in my arms
I strike any hour
I will return
To trap and devour

In the dead of night
Love bites
